Is deemed objectionable by wCard.io or restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Service, or exposes wCard.io or its users to any form of harm or liability.
Is transmitted without the legal right under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationships.

3. Conduct Restrictions

Disrupting or attempting to disrupt, or gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, device, data, account, or network using our servers.
Soliciting personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Submitting third-party Personal Data to wCard.io without obtaining the consent of such third parties.
Impersonating any person or entity, including our employees or representatives, by falsely associating yourself with wCard.io or fraudulently misrepresenting your identity.
Violating the privacy of any third party, such as by sharing another person's personal information without consent.
4. Service Integrity
To maintain the integrity of the Service, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Attempting to bypass, exploit, defeat, or disable any limitations or restrictions imposed on the Service.
Discovering security vulnerabilities with the intention of exploiting the Service or circumventing any security mechanisms or filtering capabilities.

6. Scraping Restrictions
Scraping entails the automated extraction of data from our Service using methods like bots or web crawlers. It is strictly prohibited to scrape the Service for any reason, including the sale of personal data to recruiters, headhunters, or job boards.
7. Spam and Inauthentic Activity on wCard.io
The following actions related to automated excessive bulk activity and coordinated inauthentic activity, such as spamming, are strictly prohibited on the Service:
Engaging in bulk distribution of promotions and advertising that violate wCard.io's terms and policies.
Participating in inauthentic interactions, such as creating fake accounts or engaging in the automated inauthentic activity.
Creating or participating in secondary markets with the purpose of promoting inauthentic activity.
Using the Service as a platform to propagate abuse on other platforms.
Engaging in phishing or attempting to engage in phishing activities.
8. User Protection
Engaging in activities that significantly harm other users is strictly prohibited. In order to safeguard our user base as a whole, we will prioritize resolving disputes in favor of user protection.
